Name Change from Sempermed to HARPS

2023 was a landmark year for us – and naturally many significant changes were necessary following the acquisition of Sempermed by HARPS Global on September 1^st 2023. After our office relocations in Singapore and Vienna the changes of our company names were the next step.

We would therefore like to inform you of our new company names and addresses of our Vienna and Singapore locations:

Under their new names, both companies will remain as the same legal entities. Consequently, our company registration, tax number, and bank account details will remain unchanged.

You can trust that your designated contacts, including area sales managers, customer service representatives, procurement managers, and other management personnel, will remain constant.
