Latexx Partners is one of Malaysia’s major glove manufacturers and known in the industry for its expertise in developing and producing high-quality and innovative gloves. Established in 1987, Latexx Partners joined the Semperit Group in 2012 as the production base of Sempermed in Malaysia, complementing its surgical glove expertise with extensive know-how in the manufacturing of examination and personal protective gloves. Today Latexx Partners is our brand that stands for producing and marketing high quality examination gloves.

Situated in Kamunting, in northern peninsular Malaysia, the manufacturing site operated by our company Latexx Manufacturing is strategically located near Penang's seaport and international airport. On a site spanning 50 acres, seven modern production plants house 68 dipping lines, allowing for an annual production capacity of around 11 billion gloves, comprised of a wide variety of innovative products. Once these gloves are packed, they are shipped to our 300 distribution partners in over 80 countries.

Much thought and attention to detail goes into every aspect of our work. This starts with our research & development department, which enhances our glove production with process and product improvements. This innovation-driven work is carried out by highly qualified staff in our R&D facilities in Malaysia and Austria and supported by collaborations with universities and research institutions. 

Thanks to this approach, we are able to produce innovative, skin-friendly and more environmentally-friendly products, and can do so utilizing state-of the-art production lines.

At Latexx Manufacturing, we handle every stage of the manufacturing and packing process thanks to:

We ensure the quality of our products thanks to our steadfast commitment to quality assurance, which is performed throughout the production process, which contains incoming material inspections, process quality controls, in-process lot and pre-shipment inspections.
